I've been involved with online marketing since 96/97 and one of my common complaints is that many business owners see their website as being the complete solution. But it certainly is'nt. It is simply a marketing tool. and like any other tool, if you don't use it correctly, then it is'nt going to work. The second issue that you have touched on here is the fact that many website owners never make a serious attempt to see their website through the eyes of the customer. All too often they expect the webdesign team to have done that for them, and in most cases they will not have done that. More articles like this will benefit a lot of people so keep them coming.
